PROFESSIONAL BARTENDING City & Guilds Level 2
This course will give the learner the knowledge and understanding to work as a professional bartender. Learning outcomes include knowledge of beers, wines and spirits; cocktail making techniques and responsible serving of alcohol. The course will run over 12 days with an additional 10 days work placement.
The course will run tues/ wed/ thurs from 10am to 3pm commencing 10th October 2017
Fee €200.00. This course is free to applicants in receipt of Social Welfare.
